You must be based in Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Manchester, Rochdale or Warrington.
Due to European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding, in some areas existing businesses must have been trading for less than 3 years.

Help for start ups
You’ll be paired with an experienced business advisor who can help you to form a business plan, refine your idea, apply for funding and launch your business.
You’ll also be able to go to free workshops.
You might be able to take part in the Launch Pad programme - which includes support for your business in its first few months to help with sustainability and growth.
Help for small businesses
You can get help with your business through:
- workshops
- one-to-one support
- networking
